I want to let all of you know that I am now officially a big girl. Don’t call me baby or even babe because I will emphatically remind you that you are talking about Josie, not me.
I have had an exciting year and look forward to 2009. A few things I tried this year are:
Gymnastics, going to summer camp for 2 weeks and writing the letters in my name (sometimes, if I feel like it, not necessarily when my mom asks me to!)
I love seeing all my friends at church and moms’ group/playgroup. I am so blessed to have a lot of friends my age whose moms also happen to be friends with my mom!
I am looking forward to Christmas and am telling everyone I meet about the angel Gabriel (who is a girl no matter what my mom says), the baby Jesus born in a manger, and how Christmas is not just about getting stuff!
Mom, he licked my hand!!!
